We aim to deliver quality every time, but if something's not up to par, we've got you covered with our straightforward money-back guarantee.

So if you receive a damaged or defective item, let us know. We'll offer a refund or a replacement.

Our products are fulfilled by a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, your can request a refund or a replacement if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.

We cannot offer refunds and exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging: We will need clear and well-lit photos indicating any issues that we can send to the third-party vendor and provide you with a solution.

Damaged or Defective Orders
We work with external print providers who require specific conditions for issuing a refund.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  1. Defective items: Please provide a clear photo or video of the product that clearly displays the issue
    • Example: For an issue with the print quality or placement, the vendor requires a clear photo of the received product laid on a flat surface in which the design and the issue are clearly visible in a single frame.
  1. Damaged items: If your item arrives damaged, please provide a clear photo or video of the received product, where the package, the printed design, and the issue are clearly visible.

We may also contact you to ask for a more specific photo of the item.

Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on gift cards.
